KUWAIT: Kuwait tennis star Essa Suleiman Qabazard won the title of the third Rafa Nadal Academy Kuwait (RNAK) tournament that started Nov 18th and ended Saturday. This is within the series of tournaments organized by (RNAK) in cooperation with Kuwait Tennis Federation. It game was held at Sheikh Jaber Al-Abdallah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah International Tennis Complex. Essa Qabazard won the title by defeating Abdelhameed Mahboub Jumaa by the score of 7/5, 4/6, 6/3.

Meanwhile Sarah Behbehani won the women's title by defeating Mariam Siraj 6/2, 6/1. The final match was attended by KTA Secretary General Faleh Al-Otaibi, technical director Abbas Al-Busairi and Head Tennis Coach at (RNAK) Nuno Marques. The first tournament was won by Abdelhameed Mahboub Jumaa, while Iman Mitwalli won that of the ladies. The second tournament was won by Abdelrahman Al-Awadhi while Dana Al-Fulaij won the ladies'.

The fourth and final tournament (The masters) will be held December 2-6th with the best 8 men and 8 women - based on their results in the previous three tournaments. KTF Secretary General Faleh Al-Otaibi expressed satisfaction towards the technical level of the players and thanked Rafa Nadal Academy Kuwait.
