KUWAIT: HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Tuesday an invitation addressed to HH the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah from Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud to partake in the 43rd GCC summit due in Riyadh on Dec 9. The invitation letter was handed over by the Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khaled Al-Saud.

Meanwhile, Kuwait Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Sheikh Ali Al-Sabah delivered a letter on Tuesday to King Salman from HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal, dealing with ties between the two Gulf Arab neighbors. The Kuwaiti envoy handed the letter to Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Waleed Al-Khuraiji, amid talks between the two diplomats in the Saudi capital, said a Kuwaiti embassy statement.

Also, HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace Tuesday a written message addressed to HH the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah from Jordanian King Abdullah II regarding bilateral ties, issues of common concern and the latest regional and international developments. The message was delivered to HH the Crown Prince by the Ambassador of Jordan to Kuwait Saqr Abu Shatal. HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal also received at Bayan Palace on Tuesday HH Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah. - KUNA
