New MoE regulation to reduce working hours in schools

KUWAIT: The Ministry of Education has stipulated new regulation to reduce working hours for people with disabilities, those physically challenged, medical councils and children’s rights in its schools.

The ministry explained in a bulletin circulated to schools that the mitigation hours for people with disabilities and those physically challenged will be two hours as per the recommendations of the Medical Council. “Reducing working hours on children’s rights will be by one hour, whether at the beginning or end of work for all educational institutions,” the bulletin said.
