KUWAIT: Dawi, a leading digital healthcare platform in Kuwait, has announced a new partnership with Kuwait Hospital, aimed at enhancing medical services and improving patient experiences through advanced technological solutions. This partnership focuses on streamlining the process of booking medical appointments, providing online video consultations and facilitating access to second medical opinions. It also aims to enhance the efficiency of Kuwait’s healthcare system and reduce appointment no-shows through convenient and quick online booking.
CEO of Kuwait Hospital Alexander Jankuloski expressed his belief in this partnership, noting that it marks a significant step toward achieving the hospital’s vision of adopting the latest in digital health technology. He affirmed that collaborating with Dawi reflects the hospital’s dedication to improving patient experiences and delivering advanced medical services to ensure satisfaction.
Sheshtari pointed out the Kuwaiti market is witnessing remarkable growth in the field of health tech solutions. He said Dawi has successfully built an extensive network that includes over 83 hospitals, clinics and medical centers, along with more than 430 doctors across various specialties distributed throughout Kuwait. He also noted that many of Kuwait’s major hospitals are now part of the Dawi network, expanding the scope of services offered.
Sheshtari added Dawi is integrating its platform with hospital and clinic systems to ensure real-time appointment availability, making it easier for patients to book appointments seamlessly and efficiently. He also revealed plans to launch new services and collaborations soon, with additional partnerships to be announced as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to the community.
