“On behalf of Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, and on behalf of the Palestinian community in Kuwait, I extend my thanks, appreciation, and gratitude to the Amir His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, as well as to the government and people of Kuwait for the launch of the air bridge for relief operations for Palestinians, who are being subject to genocide in the besieged Gaza Strip.

“This decision of the brotherly state of Kuwait is nothing but an extension of the honorable positions of this dear country towards the Palestinian people and their just national cause and firm support for the rights of our people to obtain their freedom and independence as well as to establish their independent state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.”

“Time and again, Kuwait declares in word and deed that its relationship with Palestine is an organic relationship with its roots in the earth and its branch in heaven. A great greeting and pride to Kuwait as well as its leadership and its great people, children, women, youth, and men.”
