Kuwait-UAE committee discusses military ties

KUWAIT: The first meeting of the military cooperation committee between the Kuwaiti and Emirati sides was held on Monday at the Operations and Planning Authority and will continue for two days. The Ministry of Defense said in a press statement that the meeting will discuss the most important topics of common interest, including exercises and workshops that contribute to exchanging expertise and enhancing joint military cooperation between the two brotherly sides. Assistant Chief of Staff for the Operations and Planning Authority, Brigadier General Mubarak Al-Zaabi, received the participating Emirati delegation to discuss means of cooperation between the two sides. — KUNA
