Over 40,000 worshippers perform Eid prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque

JERUSALEM: More than 40,000 worshippers performed #Eid Al-Adha prayer at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem on Sunday, despite Zionist occupation restrictions and assaults on the devotees. The Islamic Waqf in Jerusalem reported that the Zionist occupation forces attacked worshippers on their way to #AlAqsaMosque, preventing dozens from entering the compound to perform the Eid prayer.

Local sources indicated that early in the morning, the Zionist soldiers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, checked the IDs of those inside, disrupted the movement of worshippers, and barred a large number of young men from entering, forcing them to pray outside the gates.
