The third Forum on Just Peace was inaugurated earlier in Egypt, and it is organized by Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain Cultural Establishment in corporation with the Egyptian Ministry of Culture under the patronage of H.E Egyptian President Abdulfattah Al-Sisi.

On Tuesday morning Feb 20th the Third Forum on Just Peace began with the distinguished presence of renowned dignitaries be it at the political, cultural, literary level, other than the elite group that came at the invitation of Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain Cultural Establishment to participate in the Third Forum on Just Peace, because I assure that each name of those dignitaries deserve not only lines but encyclopedia due to what those political and literal dignitaries have in their CVs in the form of huge amounts of scientific and practical achievements .

We will focus today at the sessions and papers presented by researchers and speakers that will continue until February 22nd, 2024 for the sake of just peace.

Following the opining ceremony which was characterized by peace and the culture of the other , thanks to Abdelaziz Saud Al-Babtain Cultural establishment for this organization and good reception, and this is not something new from the sons and men of the Late Abdelaziz Saud Al-Babtain. Following the opening ceremony the forum’s first session began with the discussion of Peace and political development which was divided into two parts:

The first dealt with “competencies of government administration and development”, and the participants were Sir Tony Baldry from England, and Dr Mohammad Al-Rumaihi from Kuwait. The session included many suggestions and focused on the how? Reasons?, and solutions. The session hand lots of systematics that look for means of political development for the sake of just peace.

The second part of the “peace and political development” session was titled “popular participation and development” in which Dr Arben Cici from Albania and Dr Motaz Salamah from Egypt spoke. The session included discussions of several topics most notably : the extent of the importance and effect of popular participation in achieving peace, the importance of peace culture in the society, and the importance of the society’s participation to achieve the just peace culture.

The first day of The third Forum on Just Peace organized by Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain Establishment is over, and we are still having discussions through its remaining sessions that will be over Feb 22nd Thursday, until we meet in the Fourth Forum on Just Peace.

Finally: thanks to all the employees and officials of Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain Establishment of their kind invitation, reception and their outstanding organization of the event and choice of topics and speakers. It is for sure a bright image of Kuwait and for Arab and International culture.

May Allah bestow His mercy on Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain and accept him in his heavenly abode.
