Kuwait: Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) issued a circular on Monday stating that all local banks will close on Thursday, February 8th, as an official holiday on the occasion of Al-Israa and Miraaj, said Kuwait Banking Association (KBA).
KBA said in a press release that all banks will resume their work on Sunday, February 11th, congratulating His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Dr Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah on this Islamic occasion. - KUNA
