Stewart Lockie, GM Retail Banking - ABK and Ali Al-Mousa, Assistant Manager Service Quality - ABK with the ISO certificate

KUWAIT: Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) recently received the ISO 9001-2015 certificate for Service Quality Management a highly recognized certification. ISO is an international rating system used to classify the applicable standards, which requires a high quality professional service performance.

Upon receiving the certification, Stewart Lockie GM Retail Banking at ABK said: “Applying ISO’s system of international standards at ABK is of extreme importance, as it reflects positively on the Bank’s customer service and reaffirms that the Bank is operating in line with international standards”.

ABK has received a number of awards throughout the year including: ‘Best Bank’ by Arabian Business, ‘Best Retail Bank’ by Asian Banker, ‘Best Commercial Bank’ by Banker Middle East, as well as being recognized by Euromoney for the ‘Most Innovative Bank’ in 2016.
