KUWAIT: Zain, theleading digital service provider in Kuwait, recognized 32 students of the LOYACpart-time training program who worked at the company's various divisions duringOctober - December 2018, giving them an opportunity to gain experience in theprivate sector work environment. Zain's support to the program came as part ofthe company's Strategic Partnership with LOYAC, a non-profit organization thataims at developing the youth's talents and skills.

The partnership camein line with the company's Corporate Sustainability and Social ResponsibilityStrategy, which centers around the development of the Education and Youthsectors, especially in regards to nurturing and developing business skillswithin the youth.
The 32 students,enrolled in the LOYAC part-time program, took part in completing tasks,learning new skills, and going through professional training in the realbusiness world at various departments and divisions within Zain during theperiod from October - December 2018, where they gained valuable experiences ofworking in the private sector environment . Zain also offered the studentsfinancial rewards in recognition of their efforts and as an encouragement totheir dedication.
This year, Zain'ssupport to LOYAC extended to a great number of educational initiatives andprograms that catered to developing the youth's skills and talents, includingthe KON Social Entrepreneurship Program brought to Kuwait in collaboration withBabson College in Boston, considered the most prestigious entrepreneurshipcollege in the United States and the number one institution in the world forentrepreneurship education. The company also offered its exclusive support toLOYAC's Internship Program at the United Nation's International Fund forAgricultural Development (IFAD), as well as the LOYAC AC Milan Soccer School,and more.
