KUWAIT: Zain, theleading digital service provider in Kuwait, launched its annual 'Iftar Al-Saem'initiative to provide fasting individuals with iftar meals as part of itsextensive social campaign during the holy month of Ramadan. The company will bedistributing nearly 35,000 iftar meals throughout the holy month.

This annualinitiative, which comes for the fourteenth consecutive time this year, isconsidered a main pillar of Zain's comprehensive Corporate Sustainably andSocial Responsibility (CSSR) campaign during the holy month of Ramadan. Theiftar meal banquets are supervised by Zain's volunteers team in two main hallsat Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and Jahra.

Zain started thepreparations for this initiative before the arrival of Ramadan, where thecompany  was keen to cover the mostpopulated areas of Kuwait, especially in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and Jahra in orderto meet the needs of the maximum amount of underprivileged individuals andfamilies who are in most need of an iftar meal after a hard day of work.

This initiativeis part of a series of programs the company is organizing throughout the HolyMonth of Ramadan with the aim of having a deep positive impact on thecommunity's various segments, especially the most vulnerable ones. Zainaffirmed that its social and CSSR campaign during the Holy Month of Ramadanincludes an extensive array of initiatives and programs that focus on helpingless fortunate people to enjoy Ramadan happily, as well as celebrating the truespirit the Holy month brings.
