Kuwait: Zain, Kuwait’s leading digital service provider, joined the final ceremony of the second season of the Kuwait Equestrian Federation’s Showjumping Tour. Zain sponsored the competition in collaboration with the Kuwait Olympic Committee and Public Authority for Sport. The event was attended by showjumpers from across local clubs, as well as crowds of equestrian enthusiasts and fans.

During the final ceremony, Kuwait Equestrian Federation Chairman Masoud Johar Hayat honored Zain Kuwait’s Chief Corporate Affairs and Relations Officer Waleed Al Khashti in recognition of the company’s support to this competition since its inception. Ali Al Kharafi emerged as champion of the competition’s second season, which kicked-off late last year.

Zain is proud to have supported this unique local sporting event, which the company participated in for the second consecutive year in collaboration with the KEF. Zain’s support came under its corporate sustainability strategy towards shouldering Kuwaiti sports and youth. The second season of the KEF’s Showjumping Tour (2022-2023) featured hundreds of showjumpers who represented public and private equestrian clubs from across the nation. The tour featured many competitions held across various clubs, including the Hunting and Equestrian Club, Kuwait Riding Center, and Messilah Equestrian Club.
