Kuwait: Zain, Kuwait’s leading digital service provider, held a special workshop on digital innovation and entrepreneurship success for Kuwait University students. The company welcomed students and faculty members from the College of Life Sciences’ Information Science Department at its Innovation Campus (ZINC).
This initiative came in line with Zain’s continuous joint efforts with the nation’s various academic institutions from both the private and public sectors to contribute to developing the local education sector. The company seeks to share the private sector’s expertise with students and graduates, especially within areas related to digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and tech startups.
The Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) welcomed groups of students and faculty members from the College of Life Sciences’ Information Science Department for a special workshop, which centered around the essentials of entrepreneurship and Zain’s success stories in empowering digital innovation.
The workshop covered a variety of the most essential topics that are crucial to every new startup owner, including establishing startups, building teams, creating a brand, attracting investors, developing products and services, and much more. The students also took part in exercises to create value propositions and pitch their businesses to attract investments and achieve growth.
