KUWAIT: A construction worker died at a construction site in Mutlaa residential area. Preliminary investigations indicate that the man had lost balance and fell from an elevated working site, said security sources. Further investigations are ongoing in the case.

Generators stolen
An unidentified thief stole the power generators of a telecommunication tower in Jahra, said security sources, noting that detectives later found the stolen generators in a truck parked in a dark corner amongst ranches and farms. Further investigations are still in progress to identify and arrest the robber.

Youngsters fight
Detectives managed to put an end to a fight between two groups of young people (three against four) in Abdullah Al-Mubarak, said security sources, noting that four suspects were arrested while three managed to flee the scene when policemen arrived and took the injured to Farwaniya Hospital for treatment.

However, policemen were summoned later to the hospital where the other three suspects went to resume the fight with their rivals, the sources added, noting that detectives managed to arrest all seven this time and subjected them to medical treatment pending further legal actions. - Translated by Kuwait Times from Al-Rai
