Uncle abducts, tortures nephew

KUWAIT: The interior ministry yesterday arrested a Kuwaiti for kidnapping, torturing and burning his nephew. The suspect admitted to abducting his nephew and taking him to his chalet in Khairan, where he tortured him with a knife. The victim also suffered first-degree burns from head to toe after being burned by his uncle. - Hanan Al-Saadoun
