Traffic jams emerge as election day approaches

KUWAIT: Kuwait and UNICEF on Thursday discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides, especially with regards to childcare. The meeting—between the Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, and Minister of State for Youth Dr Amthal Al-Huwailah and UNICEF’s Representative to the Gulf Area, Eltayeb Adam—also explored projects carried out by the UN entity, especially within early childhood development and protection, said a ministerial statement.
