KUWAIT: The cloudy and rainy weather that Kuwait witnessed yesterday is expected to continue for the next 24 hours as a result of the prevailing Sudanese low pressure, said Sami Al-Othman, the acting director of the meteorology station. The clouds and rain chances are forecast to recede as of tomorrow, with predictions the weather will clear up on Saturday, Othman said.
The weather today is expected to turn cloudier, coupled with torrential rain. It will be moderately cold during the day hours, with maximum temperature at 13-15 C degrees. Tomorrow, the heat is expected to be maximum in the range of 16-18 C degrees and 6-8 C minimum. On Saturday, the weather is expected to be sunny, with light to moderate northwesterly winds. Maximum heat forecast at 17-19 C degrees, minimum at 5-8 C degrees.
Yesterday's weather was partially cloudy with rain chances, accompanied by northwesterly winds and northerly light winds, the speed of which ranged between 12-40 km/h. Highest temperature recorded was 17 C degrees, while the lowest temperature was 8 C degrees. - KUNA
