KUWAIT CITY: At the recent award ceremony organized by Forbes Middle East, Tamdeen Real Estate Company and Kuwait National Cinema Company (KNCC) were recognized for being two of the 50 most powerful listed companies in the state of Kuwait. The ceremony titled 'Celebrating Kuwait's Success' honored top industry leaders and businesses across three categories: the 50 most powerful listed companies; the most influential private Arab companies and the strongest Arab businesswomen in Kuwait.

The event which took place on 22 May 2017 at JW Marriott Hotel Kuwait City was held under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed Al Abdullah AL Sabah, Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and Acting Minister of Information and was attended by several high-ranking ministers, diplomats and business leaders. Tamdeen Real Estate Company and Kuwait National Cinema Company, both under Tamdeen Group of companies were recognized for their impact in bolstering the private sector, their impressive growth as well as their contribution in supporting entrepreneurship.
