KUWAIT: Kuwaiti Health Minister Sheikh Dr Basel Al-Sabah met yesterday with members of the permanent supreme committee to implement international health regulations, discussing the latest developments related to coronavirus.
The meeting also aims to follow up on recommendations to raise the level of capabilities against the disease with relevant ministries and official institutions in the country.
Meanwhile, the ministry said that the minister held another meeting with senior officials at relevant sectors and departments to ascertain their readiness and contingency plans for any developments regarding the spread of the new virus. - KUNA
