KUWAIT: The Sheikh Jaber Al-Abdallah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah annual shooting tournament will be held on Thursday and will last for three day in the 10m air pistol and rifle, skeet, trap, double trap and Olympic archery with the participation of club and National Guard shooters.

Secretary General of Kuwait and Arab Shooting Federations Obaid Al-Osaimi said the Sheikh Jaber Al-Abdallah Al-Sabah Cup tournament has its special status with the Kuwait shooting community, as all proudly remember the support it receives from Sheikh Jaber Al-Abdallah to the shooters and the club since it was established. He added that this contributed a lot to the launch of this noble sport and was able to make many achievements in the name of our dear country Kuwait.

Al-Osaimi said the club is keen on organizing this tournament each year in recognition of the support it receives from Sheikh Jaber Al-Abdallah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

The closing ceremony will be Sunday 2, April at 7:30 pm as medals and prizes will be distributed to the winners.
