KUWAIT: Public Works Minister Abdulrahman Al-Mutawa said predicting reasons for the death of fish is very difficult under the adverse environment circumstances and the continuation of pumping sewage water in Kuwait Bay, which will cause many red tide incidents and death of fish at an abnormal rate.
