KUWAIT: The court of cassation yesterday fined a policeman KD 3,000 for refusing to saluting a female officer. The court explained that the policeman refused a direct order to salute the female officer, with whom he had some personal disputes. The policeman also insulted the officer when she asked about his disobedience.
