KUWAIT: During the regular session of the National Assembly, MP Nabil Al-Fadhl had passed away due to health complications, said Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim Today. The parliament speaker conveyed his condolences to the family of the deceased lawmaker. —KUNA
