Kuwait: The Ministry of Oil (MoO) discussed with the Arab Planning Institute (API) its new strategic plan for the next five years, in accordance with the best practices, through the aim of providing a comprehensive and integrated roadmap to achieve its idea derived from Kuwait's 2035 Vision.
MoO said in a press statement Thursday that its work team received notes on the ministry's strategy from API, studying it and adding any applicable observations in line with the work programs within the ministry.
The ministry currently has scores of strategic goals aimed at preserving and enhancing the oil resources in Kuwait while attaining the best development and utilization of resources to ensure the increase of state revenues.
The work team for preparing the ministry's plan consists of MoO's Undersecretary Sheikh Dr. Nimr Fahad Al-Malik Al-Sabah, Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Affairs at MoO Khaled Al-Din, Director of Public Relations and Information at MoO Sheikha Tamader Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Counselor Qusai Al-Darwish, in addition to some other members, it mentioned.
API's team consists of the Institute's Senior Expert Walid Abdumoulah, the Senior Advisor at API Dr. Belkacem Laabas and several members of the technical staff, it noted.
