KUWAIT: Several employees at the Ministry of Public Works resumed their sit-in yesterday at the ministry's building in South Surra, in protest over not receiving their dues and allowances. The protesters said the ministry did not cooperate with engineers' demands and deliberately stopped paying site allowances to ministry engineers and technicians, depriving them of their basic rights, according to their statements. Attempted murder
A Kuwaiti woman was found stabbed in her neck in front of her house. The woman was rushed to hospital, where medical tests revealed the stab is deep. The woman accused her husband of stabbing her, but he denied it. A case of attempted murder was filed. - A Saleh
