KUWAIT: The Kuwait Meteorological Department said that the country’s weather at the weekend will be very hot during the day and hot at night. The director of the department, Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, added that weather maps and numerical models show the impact on the extension of the Indian monsoon depression, which is accompanied by a very hot air mass.
Al-Qarawi said that the weather will be very hot, with light to moderate north-westerly winds of light to moderate speed, sometimes active, ranging from 15 to 50 kilometers per hour, with exciting dust, and expected high temperatures between 48 and 51 degrees Celsius.
The sea will experience light to moderate waves and will sometimes rise between 2 and 6 feet. He explained that the heat will continue. He pointed out that the weather on Saturday will be hot to hot, with light to moderate north-westerly winds ranging from 10 to 35 kilometers per hour.
