KUWAIT: Mnahi Obaid Al-Osaimi, a student at Kuwait University's Commercial Studies College (Law Department), carried out a study on judicial ruling implementation, which concluded that the implementation of a court's verdict is not to be done without rules and standards.

The Kuwaiti legislator allowed the implementation of a court verdict, but did not allow malicious action, which means when a ruling goes in a person's favor in a case in which he is indebted with a small debt, the demand of repayment should not require the sale of a house or any other personal property to repay said debt.
