Cairo: Kuwait's National Assembly lawmakers Ahmad Lari and Hamdan Al-Azmi took an oath as new MPs of the Arab Parliament (AP) on Saturday.
After taking the oath, the new MP has right to participate in the AP standing committees.
Lari joined woman, youth, and educational and social affairs committee, while Al-Azmi is MP of human rights, and legal and legislative affairs committee.
In its plenary session of the third legislative term, the AP discusses developments in Yemen, Libya and Iraq, and rejects Iranian and Turkish interferences in domestic affairs of the Arab countries.
The committee also deals with a draft resolution on rejecting the European remarks on interfering in domestic affairs of Kuwait on judicial verdicts.
