KUWAIT: Kuwaiti Army Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah met yesterday with the visiting United States Commander of the Central Land Forces Lieutenant General Ronald Clark and his accompanying delegation.

A statement by the chief of staff indicated, during the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest, especially related to military aspects and the deep ties between the two countries.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Fahad Al-Nasser, and Commander of the Land Force, Major General Mohammad Al-Dhafiri, and the Director of Joint Plans General Fawaz Al-Harbi. - KUNA
