KUWAIT: The State of Kuwait strongly condemned on Tuesday the stabbing attacks that took place at Manchester Victoria railway station shortly ahead of the New Year's Eve celebrations. This criminal act which led to serious injuries to three people reflects a serious tendency to violence and terrorism, which requires concerted efforts by all countries, an official of Kuwait's Foreign Ministry said this evening.
