SHARM El-SHEIKH: Representative of HH the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, met Monday with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman.
The talks, which came on the sidelines of the UN climate summit in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm El-Sheikh, also touched on current developments around the world as well as bilateral ties between the two countries. The meeting was attended by Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and several senior officials.
Sheikh Mishal also met US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry. During the meeting, both sides discussed the deep bilateral ties between Kuwait and the US, ways of boosting these ties, and discussed the latest regional and international developments. HH the Crown Prince also held talks with Tunisian Prime Minister Najla Bouden, discussing bilateral relations.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil Bader Al-Mulla, Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem, Kuwait's ambassador to Egypt and permanent representative to the League of Arab States Ghanem Saqer Al-Ghanem and senior officials at the Diwan of HH the Crown Prince. - KUNA
