KUWAIT: Field tours for new students in Kuwait University were organized by the Academic Advising Department at the Dean of Student Affairs. The program began on Sunday for the faculties of Medical Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Allied Medical Sciences on Jabriya campus.

The university’s public relations department clarified: "These tours are aimed at introducing the new student to the facilities of the colleges, classrooms, laboratories, and various halls, as well as to visit the guidance and counseling office.

Representatives of the guidance and counseling offices introduced the students to the most important regulations and systems for withdrawal, addition, and registration processes and introduced them to everything that concerns the university identity and the various activities at Kuwait University and facilities.”

They also assured the students on the need to obtain information from reliable sources provided by Kuwait University, namely the Deanship of Admission and Registration, the Deanship of Student Affairs, and the guidance and counseling offices in the colleges, which are "keen to guide and assist students during their university career.” The tours will last for a week.
