KUWAIT: The strike today (Dec 11) is in response to a global call to halt all aspects of life as an expression of the world’s rejection of the continuing genocide against the Palestinian people in the besieged Gaza Strip in particular and the entire occupied state of Palestine, in which the US is directly involved following the use of the veto against a UN Security Council resolution calling for a humanitarian ceasefire.

What is important with the call for the strike is that for the first time the world is called upon to declare the strike out of people’s awareness that these massacres must stop, and that the calls of all people of the world must be heeded to stop this genocide and war crimes by the occupation entity against the Palestinian people to end their cause and complete their expulsion from their homeland.
