KUWAIT: Sheikh Talal Al-Sabah, Acting Interior Minister headed a meeting on Monday at the KFF headquarters to discuss the safety procedures to be carried out across all beaches in the country. The meeting which was also attended by several undersecretaries aimed at keeping beaches safe and prevent any drowning incidents.

During the meeting, team members from KFF displayed statistics related to previous drowning incidents and other possible dangers that can take place in popular beaches. Solutions were also suggested to prevent the occurrence of such incidents.

Al-Mikraad highlighted the significance of working together as a team in order to respond effectively to crisis situations adding that citizens and residents also had a responsibility to observe the regulations put in place at the beaches.
