KUWAIT: Police arrested an Armenian man for arranging a party in Julaia. The man sold tickets for KD 10 per person, and specified that only couples were allowed. Detectives learned about the plan and as soon as the guests started arriving, vice detectives moved in and arrested 43 people which included 20 women of various nationalities. Ten bottles of imported liquor were also found at the camp.
