KUWAIT: HealthMinistry Undersecretary for Drug and Food Control Dr Abdullah Al-Bader said thehealth ministry believes in the importance of developing manpower as acornerstone in the development of the ministry. He said the ministry begantraining heads of drug inspection, registration and control sectors as a startof this mission, as these sectors are highly important.

Bader spokeduring a workshop organized by the health ministry in cooperation with LifeScience Academy under the slogan 'Managing Change', which was presented to theleaders of the drug inspection, registration and control sectors to train therest of the sectors, adding a training plan will be implemented soon.

CEO of the LifeScience Academy Mohammad Nahis Al-Enezi said the development of manpowerresources and training them is highly required in all institutions of thecountry, particularly in the health ministry. He added that the role of theacademy in polishing the skills and experiences of workers in healthcare isfundamental to enable them to present the best up-to-date services.
