KUWAIT: German Ambassador to Kuwait Hans-Christian Freiherr von Reibnitz paid a visit to Kuwait Times and Kuwait News office, on Sunday, accompanied by Zena Nseir, Press and Public Relations Officer. During the visit, the German Ambassador engaged in a productive discussion with Mustafa Qamhiya, the Managing Editor of Kuwait Times, where their dialogue revolved around various aspects of the Kuwaiti-German partnership, focusing on key areas of mutual interest.

Jana Alnaqeeb, the Public Relations and CSR Manager, guided the German ambassador through various departments within Kuwait Times and Kuwait News, offering him a comprehensive tour that included stops in the newsroom, printing press, studio, and the creative coworking space of the newspaper.

Throughout the tour, Alnaqeeb provided the ambassador with valuable insights into the illustrious history of Kuwait Times, as the first English-language daily newspaper in Kuwait and the Arabian Gulf. German Ambassador discussed the economic ties between the two countries.

During the conversation, the ambassador discuss the Schengen visa, which plays a vital role in facilitating travel and business exchanges between citizens of both countries. Concluding his visit, the ambassador seized the moment to convey his heartfelt congratulations to Kuwait Times in its 62nd anniversary, a milestone that was celebrated on September 24th, 2023.
