KUWAIT: "Free Jabriya”, the producer of the visual music show "Feykom Tarab: A Night with Miami”, which is scheduled to take place from Sept 28 to Oct 2, revealed the work is supported by a constellation of the one of the most creative national and international talents specialized in the field of theatrical performances and concerts. Free Jabriya explained in a statement that the work, which is directed by Maryam Al-Khatrash and Jassem Al-Qames, has taken more than a year and a half to prepare, during which the work team was coordinated and the creative vision was presented.

Theater design is carried out by Rebecca Browner, who specializes in designing theaters for live performances and theater. She was part of the design team for the 2012 London Olympics, in addition to designing a number of theatrical performances in London, such as the live show "Peaky Blinders" and a number of shows in cooperation with Netflix, BBC and Amazon. The lighting team includes Terry Cook, who recently worked with a number of international star concerts such as Elton John, Adele, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC and many more.

Flint Studio led by Leo Flint, whose name has been accompanied by many international shows such as Cold Play, Beyonce and many other international shows and plays, took care of videography design. Flint is accompanied in his work by a Kuwaiti video design team led by Ahmed Bodham, who previously designed the show "The Eighties" in Kuwait, and a number of other works in the field of television, in addition to the Kuwaiti production company Sand Globe Animation led by Saud Al-Enezi and Salah Salem, who have previously presented many designs and illustrations in many local and Gulf works.

As for fashion design, British designer Susan Kulkarni presented her designs for one of the biggest Disneyland Paris shows, and many live works by "Secret Cinemas” such as Star Wars, Bridgerton and Blade Runner, in addition to previously supervising the costumes in Martin Scorsese's film "Silence”. Suzan is accompanied by Adel Al-Asaad. His team specializes in implementing costumes and makeup, previously performing many theatrical and television works in Kuwait and abroad, including "Memoirs of a Sailor”, which was shown at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center.

The choreography team is led by Shelby Williams, who works in theatrical performance design in London, most recently the play "Oklahoma”, which won several theater awards last year, and has presented the Swan Lake show and many other works. Shelby’s co-designer is Aisha Al-Qatami from Kuwait, who specializes in Afro-Beats and has her own studio in Kuwait. As for the musical aspect, the formation consists purely of Kuwaiti music groups epitomizing the spirit of Miami Band, supervised by Dr Ahmed Al-Salhi from Scene Artistic Production Company, who leads a team of about 30 musicians who accompany Miami Band in presenting the songs of the show.

They will be led by maestro Dr Khaled Nouri, who has great experience in leading musical bands, who redistributed the songs accompanied by Hussa Al-Humaidhi. The sound equipment is engineered by Italian Andrea Talgia, who has previously worked with international opera singer Andrea Bocelli and accompanied him in concerts around the world. It is worth mentioning that "Feykom Tarab” is a unique musical experience that introduces the audience to the magical world of the Miami Band, as it is not just a Miami concert, but a celebration of the career of one of the most prominent bands in the region, who accompanied us through generations and reached all parts of the world.

The production is supervised by executive producer Ali Al-Nusif, in addition to Peter Huntley from the British "Smart Entertainment", and production manager Zaina Ammouna from Free Jabriya, while the visual identity of the show was designed by Munira Al-Shami. Founded in 2018 by Ali Al-Nusif and Jassem Al-Qames, "Free Jabriya” works with young and talented creators to produce renewed and innovative works of art through which they address young generations with the aim of making a qualitative leap in the entertainment sector in Kuwait and the region, through a number of successful artworks, most notably "Taqdeer Ihtiyaj", "Min Ghair Tahini", "Social Needia”, "Rahbaniyat with Omar Rahbani” and the "Ruh Al-Sharq” choir, in addition to directing the show "Ayna Tath-hab hatha Al-Massa: 80’s”.
