KUWAIT: The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition recently urged both citizens and expatriates to be more careful when dealing with unlicensed food vendors, especially those who provide home delivery services. The authority's general manager and chairman Essa Al-Kandari warned unlicensed individuals and corporate vendors to abide by the authority's law number 112/2013 in order to avoid legal accountability.

Environment-friendly school
Environment Public Authority (EPA) Director Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Humoud Al-Sabah recently visited Hamad Essa Al-Rujaib High School in Kaifan; the first environment-friendly school in Kuwait, to explore students' activities in using solar, wind and kinetic energies to generate electricity. Sheikh Abdullah thanked the students and teachers for their efforts and expressed hopes that other schools would follow the same example. The students were awarded with golden medals and certificates of appreciation from international conferences in Switzerland and Germany.
