KUWAIT: Fahaheel Sports Club table tennis team was crowned champion of the 2019-2020 season after beating Tadhamon 3-0 in the final match that was held at Qadisiya hall. Sahel club ended in third place after beating Burgan 3-0. Fahaheel's stars Ibrahim and Salem Al-Hassan were able to decide the end result as Salem Al-Hassan defeated Salem Al-Sallal 3-0, while Ibrahim Al-Hassan defeated Mishal Hassan by the same score. Abdallah Al-Mukaimi beat Hussein Al-Ajmi 3-0.

Chairman of Fahaheel Club Hamad Al-Dabbous congratulated both the technical and administrative departments for the achievement. He said this came out of hard work by athletes and officials as they overcome difficulties created by coronavirus to maintain their achievements and win titles. He said the club plans to participate in the Gulf clubs championship and the Arab league champions tournament to be held in Beirut next December in addition to the West Asia championship.
