KUWAIT: The Ministry of Information has launched a digital platform 51 to broadcast visual and audio content via smart and digital devices
The launch of the platform coincides with the anniversary of the launch of the Kuwaiti Radio on May 12, 1951, where the name "51” was chosen to symbolize the year in which the radio was launched.
The platform is distinguished by the fact that it will present its exclusive productions in addition to the live broadcast service of TV channels from the Kuwait State TV package
Kuwait TV archive radio and television programs will be available to watch.
The trial broadcast launching ceremony will be held in the presence of the Minister of Information, Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi on Sunday evening at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center.
