EU Ambassador to Kuwait and Qatar Cristian Tudor thanked Kuwait for supporting a UN Security Council vote condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine. "Today marks 31 years since Kuwait’s liberation," he posted on his Twitter account. "Just as the international community stood with Kuwait in 1991, we are united behind Ukraine and its people in the face of Russia’s agression. Thank you Kuwait for supporting the Vote of the UNSC condemning the Ukraine Invasion."
