KUWAIT: As part of its commitment to community engagement and promoting a healthy lifestyle, the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) supports Suffix’s sports event “NBK Ramadan Challenge”, a 10-day sports and social event at Al-Shaheed Park from 7th of March to 17th of March 2025. This initiative aims to encourage physical activity among all segments of society, including children, women, and men, through running, walking or jogging or any engaging activity. Participants can register online through suffix website.
The entire Phase 1 of Shaheed Park feature solar-powered arches that counts the total Kilometers for every participant. The arches collect the total number of kilometers determining their progress through the next stage of the challenge. The NBK Ramadan Challenge is designed to promote health and wellness in the spirit of Ramadan, fostering a sense of community and encouraging a balanced approach to physical activity during the holy month.
Talal Al-Turki, Executive Manager, Head of Public Relations and Event Management at NBK, commented on the initiative, stating: “At NBK, we believe in the importance of encouraging a healthier lifestyle, especially during Ramadan.
