In this fun twist to the usual Archive format, Yousef (@thepalestiniankuwaiti) is joined by Dhoha (@dhohaalissa) for a cooking challenge straight from history!Try it for yourself:2 cups cottage cheese1 cup lemon yogurt3 eggs, separated1 teaspoon vanilla1 tablespoon lemon juiceLemon rind1/2 teaspoon honey1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 Cup flourGraham Cracker dust.Blend until smooth: cottage cheese, egg yolks, vanilla, lemon juice, rind, honey, salt, and flour. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into a graham cracker crust. Bake in oven at 350f about 1 hour.
