KUWAIT: Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr Adel Al-Mane expressed solidarity with Palestinian teachers whose families are victims of the "Zionist occupation” in the occupied territories on Wednesday. The minister expressed his sentiments during a phone call with one of the teachers working in Kuwait, named Areej Qanan, whose family was killed in the bombardment of the Gaza Strip.
Minister Al-Mane assured the bereaved teacher that he supports all male and female teachers from the Gaza Strip and the occupied territories who are working in Kuwait. He hailed the Palestinian martyrs "who sacrificed their souls for the defense of their homeland and cause,” alluding to scores of Palestinians who died in the ongoing Israeli attacks on the strip. - KUNA
