Despite ban workers seen working in high temperatures

KUWAIT: Construction and roadside workers continue to be seen around Kuwait during official work ban hours when temperatures can exceed 50 C degrees. A Kuwait Times tour yesterday detected several outdoor workers violating the ban at various sites around Kuwait. The Public Authority for Manpower had issued its annual decision banning laborers from working in the open from 11:00 am till 5:00 pm. - Photos by Ben Garcia
