In celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, the Malayali Mums Middle East (MMME) collaborated with Blood Donors Kerala Kuwait Chapter to organize a blood donation camp. MMME plays a crucial role in empowering women and fostering a sense of community among Malayali mothers in the Middle East. By focusing on the theme "Accelerating Action for Gender Equality,” the camp aimed not only to raise awareness about gender equality but also to inspire women to take active roles in social welfare initiatives.

The blood donation camp, held on February 22, Saturday, from 3 pm to 6 pm at the Jabriya Central Blood Bank, was a testament to the collective strength and commitment of the MMME community.

Led by MMMEK admins Ambili Sasidharan and Ameera Hawaz, along with coordinator in charge Areya Vijay and other MMMEK coordinators — Pooja Honey, Roopa Vijesh, Saffiya Siddique, Dhanya Rajesh, and Sithara Sujith — together with the dedicated volunteers from the BDK Kuwait Angels Wing, the event showcased the power of collaboration and the impact of selfless contributions in promoting health and well-being within the community. Through initiatives like this, MMME continues to pave the way for women to make meaningful contributions, reinforcing the importance of unity and empowerment in achieving gender equality.
