Amir, Crown Prince receive Prince Al-Hussein, discuss strong relations

KUWAIT: HH the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Sunday at Bayan Palace HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and Crown Prince of Jordan Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II and his accompanying delegation on the occasion of his official visit to Kuwait. The Jordanian Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein and his wishes of good health to HH the Amir, and to the people of Kuwait further progress and prosperity.

HH the Amir relayed his greetings to King Abdullah II and wished him good health and well-being and for the people of Jordan further development under his wise leadership. During the meeting, the two discussed the sturdy relations tying the two nations and issues of common interest, as well as the latest developments on the regional and international fronts and mechanisms boosting common interests on a variety of levels.

HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah later held official talks with Prince Al-Hussein. The talks were held in a friendly atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of brotherhood that characterizes the relationship between the two brotherly countries and their common desire for more cooperation and coordination at various levels. – KUNA
