Weapons found Weapons detectives arrested a citizen for possessing unlicensed weapons and ammunition. Detectives found an AK-47 machinegun, a 9 mm pistol and rounds hidden in his Mutlaa ranch.
Fire dept on alert Kuwait Fire Services Directorate’s public relations department said that its leaders are on partial mobilization until weather conditions improve. PR director Colonel Khalil Al-Amir said 122 calls were received within 24 hours that varied between fires, rescuing people trapped in their cars and some families stuck in their homes as water flooded their basements. Rescue personnel worked on getting them out.
